We focus 100% on families in Central Texas. We support high-potential high school seniors striving for college rosters (NCAA, NAIA, or Junior College), as well as youth players (Ages 8-18) involved in travel ball organizations and local clubs.
No. We provide equal support for both baseball and softball athletes.
We operate under a "Real Life" policy that looks beyond the tax return. We understand that a standard financial document doesn’t tell the whole story. We consider your actual situation—including divorce, medical emergencies, job loss, or family care-taking. If you are in a tough spot, we want to help.
We provide financial aid to players ages 8-18 to help cover travel ball fees. Similar to our scholarships, we pay the teams directly to ensure the kids get on the field without financial friction.
We support high school seniors by funding tuition expenses. To ensure the funds are used correctly, we pay the universities directly, rather than sending checks to individuals.
We supply essential safety and performance gear, specifically gloves, bats, and helmets. We distribute these to individual players and approved training organizations.
Applications for the 2026 Season will open in Spring 2026.
Yes. Your tax-deductible donation goes directly toward funding scholarships and purchasing equipment for athletes.
Team First was founded by Tony Enos with the belief that while talent is universal, opportunity is not. Our goal is to bridge that gap for local kids.
